This is an 8.5 x 11 generic flyer about Tai Chi that you might display in your place of work, at the laundromat, on a store bulletin board, or to have on hand to give out to friends. You can download a pdf copy of this flyer by clicking on the link below.  Print out as many copies as you wish (or take a printed master to a copy shop).

  1. Download here. (You must have PDF Reader installed. Most people already do, even if they don't know it.)
  2. Save the pdf file to your hard drive.
  3. Print it.
  4. Use it.

If you want to promote a specific event, like a "Tai Chi in the Park" day, write in the specifics in the white space with a colored marker.  Something like that draws people's eyes more than having it printed!

Here's the same generic flyer as above, but with tear off tabs at the bottom.  Post this one where you expect that people would want to tear off a reminder slip of the Federation's web address.  It might be posted on a college bulletin board, at a supermarket, or a health food store.  (Cut along the vertical dotted lines before posting.)

Download it here.

This flyer or poster would make a great newspaper ad.  If we collect enough money with fund raisers, the membership might decide to put this one in the Californian.  In the meantime, print it and use it as you wish.

It's a little difficult to see in this small graphic, but the 'nut' says "stress", and the implication is that Tai Chi tends to 'untighten' and reduce stress, whereas our day-to-day lives tend to increase it.
